In the last couple of months I've seen people come & go into the tents. I've accepted that persons who are in there for crimes committed need to be in there! There is no defending a guilty plea or someone who is found to be guilty! True, some people have a dream team or super lawyer to keep them out of the system.. even if they are guilty. Somehow & Someday life will find a way to punish them, ask those who have opinions on OJ!
The one thing I've not been able understand or accept is the presence of those in the Work Furlow tents, who are in there for CHILD SUPPORT!! WTF!?!
If I'm owed child support the last thing I would want is for my ex deadbeat to be in the tents paying to live in there and not paying me what is owed to me! I don't understand this system!
I'm asking:
What is the benefit of putting a dead beat into Work Furlow? Why is this person charged to live in there? Why are the funds not going to the child? Anybody? Anybody have an answer?
There is no reason to imprison someone just because they have no job or because they have a shitty job!!!! To put people in the tents and force them to pay the system and not have the funds go to the child is unforgivable. This is not helping anyone except those who feel this is a great way for the county to make cash. Yeah, that's it! This is a great way to make money if you can make it happen. It's easy! Just dupe the public and it It's just like taking candy from a Baby! Literally!
